About the BatchCard: Bulk Gift Cards
BatchCard lets you create gift cards in bulk instead of one at a time. Upload a CSV or XLSX file, paste a link from Google Sheets, Dropbox, OneDrive, or SharePoint, or simply fill out a form. The app captures every 16-digit gift card code and organizes them into searchable batches you can filter and export whenever needed.
Create up to 10,000 gift cards in a single batch with custom code prefixes. Deliver them by email or through Klaviyo, automate workflows with Shopify Flow, and resend in bulk when necessary. Set expiration dates or durations, send reminders, track balances in reports, and print POS-ready cards. The app also auto-removes recipient data to help with GDPR compliance. All gift card codes are fully captured at creation and exportable as CSV anytime.
