About the AddressFence: PO Box Guard
AddressFence fills the gaps left by Shopify's native checkout rules by checking both shipping and billing addresses. While built-in rules only block PO boxes, lockers, and ZIP patterns on shipping addresses, this app extends protection to billing address fields that native rules can't target.
The app includes the street number requirement rule that wasn't migrated from Address Blocker, preventing orders with street lines missing a number. You get flexible ZIP matching options including exact, prefix, range, and wildcard patterns, plus region blocking on billing addresses.
Test any address using the built-in simulator before going live. All changes are published with version control, so you can roll back with one click if needed. Set up exceptions and allowlists for specific cases where you need different rules to apply.
