HearFrom adds a post-purchase survey to your thank-you page, asking customers how they discovered your store right after checkout. Get real attribution data directly from buyers while their memory is fresh. The app displays a one-question survey on the order confirmation page. Customer responses appear in your dashboard as a channel breakdown chart, showing which sources actually drive sales — TikTok, Google, friends, influencers, and more. Track response totals, view trends, and see recent answers all in one place. Customize the survey question and answer options using the Shopify editor. Works with Shopify Checkout Extensions, so no theme edits or code changes needed.
