This app lets sales reps place orders directly in your storefront on behalf of their assigned customers, without needing staff accounts or admin access. Instead of retyping field and phone orders into draft orders and looking up prices manually, reps can order using each customer's own catalog, pricing, and locations.
Mark specific customers as sales agents and choose which customers, companies, or tags they can order for. Orders appear on the customer's account, not the rep's. On Shopify Plus, you can charge the company's saved payment method at checkout. Other plans send orders as invoices with payment links.
Every session is recorded with a consent date, note, and the responsible rep, so you can trace who ordered for whom. This B2B sales solution keeps your order process organized while giving reps the tools they need to serve customers efficiently.
