About the B2B Wholesale Engine

B2B Wholesale Engine helps merchants run wholesale operations directly on Shopify without needing a separate portal. The app lets you approve wholesale buyers, assign tier pricing, and set custom per-SKU prices with minimum order quantities. Buyers can place orders using Net terms or pay immediately at checkout. Manage draft orders and receivables from your admin panel—track outstanding balances, mark invoices as paid, cancel pending orders, and restore credit limits. The app supports quantity price breaks and customer-specific contract pricing for flexible wholesale arrangements. Approved buyers see their custom pricing on your storefront and can use the Quick Order page to bulk add products and submit wholesale orders efficiently. Net terms checkout automatically creates Shopify draft orders while respecting credit limits, making B2B transactions simple for both you and your wholesale customers.
