About the TermShield: Net Terms & Credit

TermShield helps wholesale merchants manage B2B net terms by setting credit limits per company and automatically blocking checkout when customers exceed their limit. The app prevents buyers from placing multiple orders that push their unpaid balance beyond what you agreed to extend. Credit limits work in real-time: outstanding balance plus current cart total are checked before checkout completes, not after you've shipped. The app tracks unpaid balances automatically from your Shopify orders, eliminating manual spreadsheets and chasing payments. A color-coded dashboard shows each company's credit limit, how much credit they've used, and which customers are approaching or over their limit. Soft mode lets you monitor companies without blocking their checkout. Additional features include CSV import and export, accounts receivable aging view, and overdue payment alerts sent directly to your email. Works on every paid Shopify plan without requiring Shopify Plus.
